Easy Key Lime Pie

Easy Key Lime Pie

Key Lime Pie

Growing up in Florida, one of their most famous pies in that state was Key Lime Pie because it was originated in Key West. And of course I was definitely a big fan. Key Lime Pie has the perfect graham cracker crust with a sweet and tart filling then topped with whipped cream to balance out the flavors.

Did I tell you this is one of my favorite pies?? So of course I had to learn how to make it myself after leaving Florida. But still get a slice every time I visit!

Ingredients for Easy Key Lime Pie

  • 9″ Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • Condensed Milk
  • Sour Cream – For a lower fat version, greek yogurt works well as a substitute.
  • Lime Juice – Fresh Key Lime juice is best.
  • Lime Zest
  • Whipped Cream – to decorate & garnish with lime slices.

That’s it! Did I mention how quick & easy this is? Well it is very easy!
