Caramelized Garlic & Cinnamon Pumpkin

This is a very easy and tasty dish especially if you like anything pumpkin like me. It comes together with 6 simple ingredients that are usually common staples in every household. This consists of pumpkin cut into about 1″ pieces, minced garlic, butter, cinnamon, salt & sugar. This makes for a great side dish for easy dinners or even as a holiday side in greater quantity. It also only takes a few minutes to cook.
