Traditional Holiday Egg noodle Casserole
This is a sweet & savoury casserole that tastes absolutely amazing and pairs so well as a side dish to any holiday dinner or pot luck. It is now tradition in my family to have at our annual Thanksgiving and Christmas family dinners.
The texture is that of a baked Macaroni & Cheese except sweeter with a crunchy top, The ingredients used to make this delicious casserole is medium flat egg noodles, eggs, cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, melted butter, pineapple tidbits and other spices. What makes the crunchy top is Frosted Flakes and melted butter.
Give this recipe a try at your next family dinner and I guarantee you will be getting many compliments.
