Chinese Pepper Steak
Pepper Steak is a popular Chinese dish in just about every country. So you may find most recipes similar with slight variations. I like to use sirloin steak thinly sliced and seasoned with a mixture of salts, minced garlic, ginger and scallions along with some Chinese sauces. This makes a quick, easy and tasty meal any day of the week.

Ingredients for Chinese Pepper Steak

- Sirloin Steak – sliced thin
- Garlic – minced
- Ginger – grated
- Scallion – sliced thin
- Garlic Salt
- Seasoned Salt
- Sugar
- Oyster Sauce – (authentic Chinese brand recommended)
- Dark or Mushroom Soy Sauce – (authentic Chinese brand recommended)
- Teriyaki Sauce – (authentic Chinese brand recommended)

As I always recommend, using authentic Chinese sauces such as Lee Kum Kee brand will give you a more authentic flavor. This is left to marinade a few hours in a sealed mixing bowl.
