Season meat with all ingredients except onions, green pepper, and oil. Marinade at least 1 hour.

Cut up onions and green pepper and set aside.

Heat large skillet or wok on high heat. Add oil and wait until hot. Add meat all at once and stir fry 3-4 minutes stirring constantly until soft and no longer pink.

Add peppers and onions, stir, turn off heat and remove pan from heat.
Do not overcook as this will make the meat tough.
