Ingredients
  • 2 Lb. Pork Stir Fry or pork shoulder sliced thin
  • 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. Ginger grated
  • 2 Stalk Scallion sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 3-1/2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Dark or Mushroom Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce or 1 Tbsp. of each
  • 1 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 large Onion cut in horizontal pieces
  • 1 large Green or red bell pepper cut in thick slices
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
Instructions
  1. Wash pork and slice thin if needed.
  2. Season with all ingredients except onion, green pepper and oil. Marinate at least 1 hour or longer.
  3. Cut up onion and green pepper and set aside.
  4. Heat a medium or large skillet or wok on high heat. Add oil and heat until hot enough.
  5. Add pork and stir fry constantly about 3-4 minutes or no longer pink.

  6. Add onions and green peppers, stir to combine. Remove from heat and serve.
