
Boil pasta according to package directions (boil 2-3 minutes less). Drain
Combine mince, garlic salt, seasoned salt, garlic, onion and green pepper.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a large skillet on high heat, add mince and start stirring and crushing to keep the mince fine until cooked and no longer pink. Drain, add pasta sauce, oregano and sugar and turn heat down to low to simmer about 5 minutes.
Add pasta to meat sauce and stir to combine. Pour into a 9x13" baking pan.
Sprinkle top with 2 cups of mozerella cheese. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool at least 30 minutes and then serve.
