
Mash Bananas in a medium bowl until all mashed out.
Add beaten egg, vanilla,, sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Stir together.
Add flour and combine well to form a soft dough.
Place large skillet on medium heat. Add oil, heat 1-2 minutes. When hot, using a tablespoon, add batter in small 2 1/2" circles, a couple at a time. Turn after a few minutes when golden brown and cook on the other side.
Remove to papertowel lined plate, sprinkle each with a little sugar. And enjoy
