Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 2/3 cup White Sugar

  • 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. Corn Starch diluted in 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 8 oz. can Pineapples cut in small pieces
  • 1/4 cup Onions cut in chunks
  • 1/4 cup Green & Red Bell Pepper cut in chunks
Instructions
  1. Combine all meatballs ingredients together in a medium bowl, mix well using clean hands.

  2. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. Using a 1 Tbsp. scoop, measure out meatballs and roll into 1 1/2" circles or desired sizes. Place 1/2" apart on baking sheet until finished.

  4. Bake 15 minutes on one side, turn each meatball and bake 15 minutes on the other side or until brown. Place in sauce and simmer 5-10 minutes.

Sauce
  1. If only using this sauce, may double ingredients.

Add all sauce ingredients to a small pot except diluted cornstarch and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 1 minute.

  2. Once boiling, add diluted cornstarch and continue to stir for about 1 minute until slightly thickens and becomes clear.

  3. When meatballs are cooked, add to sauce and simmer 5-10 minutes and serve.
