Measure out all ingredients and set aside.
Grater green bananas using the medium grater and mix in 1/2 cup of water and the corn meal. (If prefer smooth, blend green bananas in blender with the water)
In a medium pot, place milk and coconut milk with salt on medium-high heat and bring to almost a boil. Turn heat to medium-low and add green bananas and diluted cornmeal and water.
Stir constantly for about 15-20 minutes until thickened and cooked.
Turn heat to low and add spices, vanilla and condensed milk. Sweeten to taste.
**Best served immediately. May thicken as it sits.
**If needs to be reheated later, add a little milk to thin out to desired consistency.
