Easy Baked Three Cheese Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
  • 16 oz. Elbow Macaroni or other pasta of choice
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 cups Evaporated Milk
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 lg Eggs
  • 3 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2-1/2 cups Gouda substitutes- Colby, Monterey Jack, or Gruyere
  • 1-1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
Topping
  • 1 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese or a mixture of cheeses
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place a large pot of water to boil on high heat. Cook macaroni according to package directions less 2 minutes of the al diente cooking time.

  3. In the mean time, in a separate large bowl, add the beaten eggs, melted butter, milk, evaporated milk, salts and black pepper. Sir together then add 6 cups of the shredded cheeses. ( Shredding your own cheese yields a better texture)

  4. After macaroni is cooked & drained, add into the cheese mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 " casserole baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle with about 1 cup of the mixture of cheese. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden brown on top.

    Broil for 3-5 minutes if needed.
